Where does By Vandal ship to?
We ship worldwide. Some few products may not be available in all countries. Please check the product description at the time of purchase. Due to limitations from our supplier and shipping companies, we do not ship to the following countries: Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Afghanistan, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Samoa, South Sudan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan and Yemen.
When will my order ship?
Items are “made to order” so it takes 1-5 business days to ship an order. As soon as an order ships, you will receive an email confirmation. Then it will depend on the time of the shipping company. The delivery dates provided upon completing an order are estimates and depend solely on the shipping company. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for their fulfillment, and they do not constitute a commitment in any way. Some of our products come individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra durability. The products that we may ship separately are hats, caps, fanny packs, blankets, shoes and slides.
What about shipping cost?
You will be able to see the shipping cost at the time of checkout. We offer free shipping in orders over €90, only for the following countries: Albania, Andorra, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States, Vatican City.
Please note that some countries may apply customs fees or import taxes. In this case, we are not responsible for any additional fees charged by your country. If you have any questions or concerns about customs fees or import taxes, please contact your local customs office for more information.
What if an item I ordered arrived damaged?
In that case please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll find a solution!
What if my item is lost in the mail?
We are not responsible for items that are lost during shipping. You are also responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address.
What is your return policy?
Our refund and returns policy lasts 72 hours. If 72 hours have passed since you received your product, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Since our orders are made in a personalized way at the time of purchase, we only accept returns in case of manufacturing defects or if you receive a product you didn’t order. ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED FOR OTHER REASONS. If you have any questions about sizing, fit, or fabric, please contact us before placing your order.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. The supply of goods that are made to order or are clearly personalized.
2. Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
Therefore we reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
